B2B Application Form

To place orders for your business and receive corresponding business invoices, you will need to apply for a B2B account.

Once you submit the application above, we will review your eligibility. Once approved, you will receive an invite to log into your B2B account with the email used in your application. From there, you can purchase products on the website and receive business invoices.

We usually complete the review within 1–3 business days.

The review result will be sent to the email address used in your application. Please make sure your email address is correct, and check both your inbox and spam folder.

If you have not received the review result within 7 days, please contact Plaud Support at support@plaud.ai.

B2B customers can apply for business purchases and receive a business invoice. The VAT treatment for business orders depends on your company’s country / region, VAT / Tax ID validation result, product type, and applicable tax rules.

In general, the VAT rules are as follows:

1. EU customers
If you are an EU customer, we will determine whether zero-rated intra-Community supply may apply based on whether your VAT ID passes VIES validation.
- EU customers outside Germany:
If your VAT ID passes VIES validation, reverse charge may apply. In this case, Plaud will not charge VAT on the applicable hardware products or AI activation codes.
- German customers:
If your VAT ID passes VIES validation, hardware products are still subject to German VAT because they are fulfilled from our local warehouse in Germany. AI activation codes may be subject to reverse charge, so Plaud will not charge VAT on that part.
- If your VAT ID does not pass VIES validation:
You may still be able to purchase as a regular taxable B2B customer and receive a business invoice. In this case, both hardware products and AI activation codes will be charged VAT at the applicable rate.

2. Non-EU European customers
If you are a non-EU European customer, such as a customer from Switzerland or Norway, your order may be invoiced without VAT under applicable export / cross-border supply rules, depending on your business information and Tax ID validation result.

After your application is approved, we will explain the tax treatment applicable to your account in the welcome email. Once you log in to your B2B account, the page will display the B2B pricing applicable to your account. The final tax amount and VAT treatment will be based on the checkout page.

Yes. PLAUD offers quantity discounts for B2B customers on hardware products only.
After your application is approved, you can log in to your B2B account to view the applicable bulk discounts. The discount varies depending on the purchase quantity, product type, and market. The final price will be shown at checkout.

Orders made through a B2B account currently support popular online payment methods.
Bank transfer, Purchase Order payment, payment terms, and cash on delivery are currently not supported.

If the order has already been paid, whether business information can be added or a business invoice can be issued will need to be further reviewed by our Support team based on the order status and local tax rules.

Please note that completed consumer orders cannot always be adjusted to B2B tax treatment, and 0% VAT / tax exemption cannot always be applied retroactively.

If you plan to purchase as a business customer, we recommend submitting a B2B application first and placing the order through your B2B account after approval.If you need assistance with an existing order, please contact PLAUD Support at support@plaud.ai.

If you submitted incorrect information in your B2B application, such as an incorrect company name, VAT / Tax ID, registered address, or contact information, please submit a new application.

Since each email address can only be used for one B2B application submission, please use an email address that has not been used for a previous application. This email address will also become your B2B account login email after approval.

After submission, we will review your application based on the updated information. Please make sure all information is accurate to avoid affecting the review result or the issuance of your business invoice.

No. There’s no minimum order quantity for any order. Volume pricing starts at 3 units, and the applicable discount is automatically applied at checkout.
