Rewards are processed after your claim has been verified and all eligibility requirements are met. Claims are typically reviewed and verified within 10 business days. To qualify, the referred order must:

• Be successfully fulfilled;
• Remain active (not cancelled or fully refunded); and
• Pass our verification process.

Most eligible rewards are processed automatically after verification. Exceptional cases may require additional review.

You only need to submit the claim form once. If multiple eligible purchases have been made using your referral link before you submit, all verified eligible orders will be rewarded together.

No. Submit the claim form once per referral code. Future eligible purchases linked to the same code will be processed automatically.

Rewards are not issued until all eligibility requirements have been met. Verification typically takes up to 10 business days. Common reasons for delays include:

• The referred order has not yet been fulfilled.
• The referred order is still being verified.
• The referred order has been cancelled or refunded.
• Your claim information requires additional verification.

Cancelled or fully refunded orders are not eligible for referral rewards. Orders with partial refunds may require additional review before a reward can be issued.

For security reasons, each referral code can only be associated with one reward email address. If a different email is submitted for the same referral code, additional verification may be required.
