12-Month Worry-Free Warranty
Customers of the PLAUD NOTE / PLAUD NotePin Voice Recorder enjoy a 12-month or longer (if required by the local laws or regulations) warranty service from the date of the sales invoice. If performance failure occurs due to normal use circumstances during the warranty period, PLAUD.AI shall provide maintenance services free of charge. For warranty service, a valid device serial number and proof of purchase must be provided.
This warranty does not cover：

Devices that have been dismantled, repaired, modified, or maintained without authorization, or used in environments or conditions that do not conform to prescribed operating guidelines.

Damage resulting from misuse, including falls, collisions, bending, exposure to excessive moisture, or loss due to insufficient magnet suction or use of incompatible accessories.

Malfunctions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or illegal use of the product.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts unless defective at the time of purchase.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, incompatible parts, altered or missing serial numbers, or stolen, resold, or counterfeit products.
