Step 1: Charge the device: place Plaud NotePin into the charging dock and connect the USB-C cable to power.

Step 2: Download the app: install the Plaud App on your iOS or Android phone and sign in or create an account.

Step 3: Connect the device: open the Plaud App and tap “Connect” in the top left corner. Select “Plaud NotePin”, then press and hold the record button until the white light flashes. Once the device appears in the list, tap to connect.

Step 4: Wear the NotePin: attach it using the magnetic pin, clip, or strap before recording.

Step 5: Start recording: press and hold the record button until you feel one vibration — the indicator light will turn on.

Step 6: Stop recording: press and hold the record button again until you feel two vibrations — the indicator light will turn off.

Step 7: Manage your recordings:

• Sync recordings: open the Plaud App to automatically sync your audio files.
• Use AI features: view, transcribe, and summarize your recordings in the app.

The Plaud NotePin doesn't have a V.C.S(Vibration Conduction Sensor), so it doesn't support phone call recording.

Yes, you can add your NotePin to the “Find My” feature. It will allow you to locate your NotePin when it is lost.To do that, please follow the steps below:

1. Tap your Plaud NotePin on the top-left and go to the device settings page.

2. Swipe down and tap “Find My”.

3. Tap “Add NotePin to Find My” and follow the instructions to add your NotePin to Find My.

To reset your Plaud NotePin, please charge the Plaud NotePin and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.

The sensitivity of a pacemaker to magnetic fields depends on both the strength of the magnetic field and the rate of change. Generally, magnetic fields ranging from a few gauss to several thousand gauss can potentially interfere with pacemakers. Our magnetic pin and clip generate magnetic fields up to 2100 gauss. For users with pacemakers, we advise against wearing the Plaud NotePin on the chest area (whether with the lanyard, magnetic pin, or clip) due to its magnetic properties.

The Serial Number is a unique identifier that is utilized to identify and distinguish devices. It is commonly used for product management, device maintenance, and warranty services.If you're searching for the Serial Number (SN) of your Plaud NotePin, there are several locations to check:

1. Inspect the box that the Plaud NotePin arrived in. The SN is imprinted on a label.
